What is NLP ? (short for Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a question that can generate as many replies as the number of people who answer it. I have taken some of my favourite definitions of what it is and how it works, stirred in my own thoughts and spiced it up with comments from Dr Richard Bandler, the co- creator of NLP.
