Does the idea of having the Flirt Coach work with your staff sound like an unusual and exciting proposition ?
If your first thought is 'maybe' or 'yes' then maybe we can make magic together. This is not your usual corporate pitch!
PRESS CORNER: Read what The Times wrote about my corporate flirting course
I have considerable corporate experience, often in places that weren't suited to me. Many a time I've suited myself up and taken the blue chip dollar. I learned long ago, that what's important to me is to work with people who are like me and who like me for who I am. You might not be blue chip, but sure as anything, you'll be cool chip if you're like me.
And like that people happily pay me good money because I'm exactly what they want... and when I'm doing what's right for me, I'm mind-blowingly good.
If I don't feel I fit into a corporation's ethos or they into mine, then we're not cut out to work together and...at the same time..
I know that there are businesses and organisations out there for whom I am a perfect match and fit and vice versa
It could be you...
Here's where I'm at...
I like training to be entertaining, challenging, developmental, novel, active and very facilitative. And I love the sound of laughter and music. I encourage people to let go and be themselves.
I am sometimes outrageous, I really don't pull any punches, I tease and play with people, but always with the greater purpose of their opening out and development in mind.
I use a lot of physical activities and improv in my training. I encourage people to contribute and be playful and let go,and sometimes people who attend my corporate courses realise that this job is not for them. GREAT. You want only people who are really in the same space as you. Don't you..
If you're happy with the idea of this wild woman creating a n atmosphere that activates your people in the right direction, then we could be made for each other..
If you are my kind of company you will be or are striving to attain this kind of ethos:
You are forward thinking, innovative, maybe out of the box..
You treat everyone equally and do encourage your staff to do the same... by the very nature of how you act, you have no need to enforce limiting PC rules.
You discourage political behaviour and encourage a free and open communication
You want something new, and something fun and you want results but you understand that creating motivated, devoted and innovative staff will automatically generate more abundance in your organisation.
You realise that your people on the ground know as much about the business as you do, and their ideas and opinions are priceless.
When the staff return to work after their training, you debrief them and fully support the ethos of the training you commission by making every effort to follow through.
In certain circumstances, you are happy for your managers to attend the same training as staff they supervise and vice versa... You foster community and connection between your staff on all levels
You are happier to see people go if you are not a match and fit for each other
You know that people are your most precious resource and you really do want them to progress and improve..
and...you pay me very well because I'm perfect for what you want..;-)
Are you a match and fit for ME? Am I a match and fit for YOU?
You'll know already because as you've read those words, you're building an idea of me and you are either curious and interested to read on or whatever.
You'll know already if you 'like the sound of me'..because you want to read more
Here's a sample of the kind of thing I do. I can create any kind of course you want within my capabilities and I'm very versatile.
1 hour flash training series - Phone 'rap'
On one day I run four drop-in 1-hour flash trainings in phone 'rap'port. This is ideal for anyone who connects with the public by telephone. We begin every training we do with getting people to feel good and teaching them how to trigger their own personal feelgood factor.
Like this, I tell stories, ask questions, and they do explorations, play games, do silly things and let themselves go whilst all the time they are learning about how different people are, how to use their voice flexibly and how ask great possibility questions. And I encourage constant interaction and cooperation.
They end up with some sharp tricks for calming people, making people feel good and being able to smile their way through anything that happens. And like that, imagine how much more they'll give to your clients and each other.
One thing is guaranteed, your staff will leave a session with me feeling very different, activated and ready to go!!
I call this 'Charming Connections' .....
